To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Warehouse DROP OFF: Please make a note on your return if you wish to drop off your return at our warehouse. You will receive address and instructions by email.

What is the Return Policy?

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (meaning we need to receive the merchandise during those 10 first days. The 10 days are for us to receive the merchandise, not to make the request) NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached.
  • No visible signs of wears such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
  • Must include order receipt for us to be able to identify your order.

 

Sale items and orders placed with a discount code cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Are there any charges for return?

  • If your return is being mailed, we will deduct $8 from your store credit to cover shipping fees.
  • If your return is received after the 10 days have passed or after it was marked as Rejected, we will deduct $8 Restocking Fee from your store credit.

 

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
