Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We process orders from Monday-Friday, and are closed on weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, LACE is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service. 

For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your package if USPS Ground Advantage was selected. We recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail for a faster delivery. USPS Priority Mail is expected to be delivered in 1 business days.

For US orders, please allow up to 5-10 business days to receive your package if USPS Ground Advantage was selected. We recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail for a faster delivery. USPS Priority Mail is expected to be delivered in 3 business days.

International Shipping:
Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. 
*Please note LACE is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands.
LACE is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping service will not decrease the time it takes to process orders. It only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

Same day pick up for orders placed before 12:30PM

Pick Up Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00AM-2:00PM
