According to USPS, packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability and high demand as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

If you receive an email that your package was delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We process orders from Monday-Saturday, and are closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, LACE is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service

For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your package after it was shipped out. For US orders, please allow 3 business days.  

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping service will not decrease the time it takes to process orders. It only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order. 

We offer FREE Local Delivery for orders over $150 within zip codes 00969 and 00966.
