Returns are accepted within 10 days of your order being delivered (Meaning we need to receive the merchandise during those 10 first days. The 10 days are for us to receive the merchandise, not to make the request). NO EXCEPTIONS.
For returns, merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. No visible sign of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange.
A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
ANY STORE CREDIT WILL EXPIRE AFTER 90 DAYS.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. You will have up to 24 hours after the package was delivered to report a damaged item.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Please be aware that all bodysuits and accessories purchases are final.
