RETURNS + EXCHANGES

PICK UPS: Returns are accepted within 10 days of your order being confirmed as ready for pick up (Meaning we need to receive the merchandise during those 10 first days. The 10 days are for us to receive the merchandise, not to make the request).

SHIPPED ORDERS: Returns are accepted within 10 days of your order being delivered (Meaning we need to receive the merchandise during those 10 first days. The 10 days are for us to receive the merchandise, not to make the request).

NO EXCEPTIONS.

For returns, merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. No visible sign of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange.

A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. You will have up to 24 hours after the package was delivered to report a damaged item.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Please be aware that all bodysuits and accessories purchases are final.

SALE ITEMS

****All sale items are FINAL SALE: Orders placed with any discount code higher than 10%, anything in the Sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance**** These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

 

STORE CREDITS

Once your return is marked as received, a LACE store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item. Store Credits are valid for 90 days.
