How do I return?

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the order you want to submit the return for.
3. Select the item you wish to return and the reason. 
4. Click Request Return.

Are there any charges for my return?

If your return is being mailed, an $8 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping charges.

If your return is received after the 10 days of the return window, we will deduct an $8 Restocking Fee from your store credit.

Warehouse DROP OFF: Please make a note on your return if you wish to drop off your return at our warehouse. You will receive address and instructions by email.

How soon will I get my store credit?

A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
Store credits are issued as a Gift Card.


Sale items and orders placed with a discount code higher than 10% cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
